In addition to this unit, we also have a vacant commercial lot at 616 E Main St, Henryetta (100 ft x 140 ft) that is ready for development. We are open to building on this site if the right tenant or business opportunity presents itself.
We also own the Food Truck Court at 211 E Main St, which can house up to four food trucks. If any local entrepreneurs or vendors are looking for a food truck spot, we would be happy to accommodate them.
Being a small town, it’s important that Henryetta prioritizes commercial properties that bring revenue and traffic in from the Highway and Interstate. A great example of this is the QuikTrip on East Main Street, which has had a strong positive impact by capturing Hwy 75 and I-40 traffic. Our goal is to continue supporting businesses that add economic value in the same way.
Our company owns several other commercial properties within Henryetta city limits and the school district. The businesses operating in our locations create jobs and generate substantial sales revenue for both the city and county.
